二、具体要求
Requirement details
（1）性格活泼开朗，有责任心，有爱心，热爱教育事业
Lively and cheerful personality , sense of responsibility , caring , loving education career
（2）持有TEFL证书者优先
Holding TEFL certificate is preferred.
（3）有7-12岁幼儿教育经验者优先
Having 7-12years old preschool education experience is preferred.
（4）可遵从学校外籍教师管理制度
Comply with management system for foreign teachers of school.
（5）可协助学校教师招生，宣传
Assist school teachers recruitment and conduct propaganda.
（6）全职教师
Full-time teachers.
三、薪资待遇
Salary and benefits
（1）全职外教每月9000元/月
The salary and benefits of full-time foreign teachers are 9000RMB/month.
（2）每周16个课时，8个办公室坐班时间，和3个小时培训时间。
16 teaching hours, 8 office hours and 3 training hours.
（3）每周工作时间为一个月两次周一周二休，其余时间周一全天休，周二，周四上午休。
（4）免费学习中文
Free of learning Chinese.
（5）公司每年提供免费旅游机会
Providing free travel opportunities.
（6）合同奖金5000元/年
Contract bonus 5000 yuan.
（7）医疗保险和意外保险
Accident insurance and medical insurance
四、赏金发放
Reward
每个外教的悬赏赏金为4000元整。外教到岗后5日内付给外教推荐者赏金的2000元，外教在校满一个月付赏金2000元。
The reward of a foreign teacher is 4000RMB.2000RMB will be paid to presenter in five days of foreign teacher’s posting .The other 2000RMB will be paid after foreign teacher staying in school one month.
