幼儿园坐落在美丽海滨城市：威海。紧邻威海湾和地标建筑灯塔。从幼儿园步行到海边只需要五分钟。站在幼儿园的露台上能眺望到美丽的蔚蓝大海。地段属于威海市区，学校附近有超市，西餐厅（4公里内的商圈），健身房，医院，高铁站等比较便利的生活设施。

We are an international kindergarten adhering to the Montessori Education as our business philosophy.

The school is located at the beautiful coastal city Weihai, closing to Weihai Bay with a lighthouse as the landmark building. It takes only five minutes to walk from the school to the beach. By standing on the deck of the school, you can enjoy the sight of grand sea. The district belongs to Weihai downtown, where are rounded by supermarkets, western restaurants (business district in less than 4 kilometers), gyms, hospitals, high-speed railway stations and other convenient living facilities.

Our school was established in October 2018. Currently we have departments of China and Korea, and the founding of international department is in the process. 招聘条件：

外教国籍：母语外教 来自美国、加拿大、南非等主流母语英语国家，或在主流英语母语国家完成了本科学习或工作经验，或在这些国家生活过的。

外教学历：本科 教育学 心理学 英语专业优先

外教个人情况： 23-45岁，热爱幼儿语言教育，喜欢安静的海滨城市

外教资历：具备TESOL/TESL/TEFL 等英语教学认证

合同期：1年或更久

工作内容：

工作时间：每周教学时间是25小时-30小时，备课是10-15小时。周六、日休息

教授课程：英语

学生年龄：2.5-6岁 混龄班

班级人数：15-25 每个班 可根据孩子年龄或能力划分成10-15人以内的小班授课

坐班情况：坐班。每周40小时，周一到周五。全职。

薪资待遇：

薪资和发放方式：10-20k,每月12日发上一月工资

住宿：提供住宿或1000-1500房屋补贴

假期休假：按照中国国家法定节假日

机票报销：6000元

签证办理：需要办理工作签证和工作许可

医疗和意外保险：提供商业医疗险

助教：班级每10人配备一个中文助教

受聘方如有家属随行，费用自理。

外教中介佣金和发放方式：

每个外教的悬赏赏金为母语9000元，非母语7000元，外教到岗7日内支付50%给外教中介机构，外教到岗满30日付清余款

注意：

外教三个月内因自身原因或外教中介方原因离职，需要免费换一名。
