本期招聘外教1名，要求7月份到岗，7月12日之前到岗即可。

单位简介：

Koko loves English is an English Learning Center in Shenzhen that offers preschoolers and primary students a variety of in-depth, fun courses designed to enhance all aspects of English language learning including speaking, listening, reading comprehension and writing.

Our center is located in the center of Guangming district which has been developing rapidly since the past decade. The plaza underground is a major Metro transit station of line 6 and 13 to the central.

招聘条件：

外教国籍：英美澳新等优先，母语为英语，有幼儿教育经历的优先

外教性别：男女不限

合同期：One year contract

外教年龄：不限，35以下优先

证书学历：需要有TEFL & TESOL证书，本科学历，专业不限

Interests & Hobbies： Singing， dancing， standup comedy，instruments for example guitar

工作内容：

Age: 4 - 12

Workload: 15 classes per week

class size: 6-12 kids

Monday off work

We have a series of English courses for you to choose from, and here are some of them:

1- International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA) for kids and adults

2- Listening & Speaking Skills for preschooler, primary students and adults

3- Textbook Team together, Pearson 2020 edition

薪资待遇：

Fixed income between 13k – 22k depending on professional skills and teaching quality

Bonus will be rewarded on top of fixed income if

1- Help close a deal (1% to 5% of the total payment depending on the contribution)

2- Close a deal after the tryout lesson (1%)

3- The client is happy and the straight-rebuy situation continues (5%)

4- Organizing special event for the center (2% of the total sales amount)

Accommodation with 40+ square meters provided in an apartment, 5 mins on foot from the center. Utility costs are self-funded.

Coworkers are fluent in English, will help with Chinese learning if required

Chinese assistant available 

受聘方如有家属随行，费用自理。

外教中介佣金和发放方式：

“每个外教的悬赏赏金为母语13000元整，非母语8000元整，外教到岗7日内支付50%给外教中介机构，外教到岗满30日付清余款”

注意：

外教三个月之内因自身原因或者外教中介方原因离职，需要免费更换一名。
